Rev. Dr. Peter Scaer
Dr. Peter Scaer received his M.Div. from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Ind. (CTSFW). He holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Notre Dame. From 1996 to 2000, Dr. Scaer served as the pastor of Emanuel Lutheran Church in Arcadia, Ind. He joined the Exegetical Department of CTSFW in 2000. His passions include the Gospel of Mark and the sacramental ministry of Jesus. He is also deeply involved in life issues. Currently he serves as President of Allen County Right to Life. Dr. Scaer and his wife Amy are blessed with three children, and he spends much of his free time driving his youngest son to and from band practice, while listening to books on tape.

Rev. Randy Johnson
As a Congregation Mission and Ministry Facilitator (CMMF), Randy is responsible for developing strong, effective working relationships with assigned congregations by assisting with New Mission and Ministry starts, Mission Renewal, Pastoral Transition Study (Inventory, Survey, and Pastoral Profile), demographic study and counsel, and strategic planning. He also works with chaplains in the Michigan District.

Emeriti & Wives: $0/person
Deadline to register is April 2, 2020 after which prices go up to $100/person for ALL attendees.

District makes Emeriti lodging reservations through April 2. After which Emeriti will be responsible for their own reservations.

- Office Supplies (most grants will not cover these expenses), paper, etc.
- Cleaning/hospital-grade disinfectant supplies
- Monetary donations to assist with purchasing support books for miscarriage/post abortion/loss.
Options Pregnancy Center is funded solely by grants and donor support, so every person that pours into OPC has a stake in our mission to “educate,encourage and empower those facing unexpected pregnancies and related issues.”
