On March 28, 2018, Family of God in Christ Ministry, Inc. in Detroit, held a dedication service for their new chancel.
What began as a storefront ministry in Detroit has grown in order to meet the needs of its community.
Two and half years ago, Rev. Dr. Robert Kasper of the Michigan District, LCMS sat down with Pastor Jim Hill and discussed the two barriers to ministry: lack of a full-time pastor and lack of space.
